Is there a refund policy?

Yes, you can request for a refund within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked. You can cancel anytime.

I am not using Supabase, can I still use Prudent?

Yes, you can. We offer integration for custom auth as well.

I am using Supabase but I do not want to integrate using my JWT Secret, can I still use Prudent?

Yes, you can. We can integrate via custom auth which does not require any sort of secrets from you. Please contact us if you need help.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time and your charges will be pro-rated if your account is beyond our refund policy period.

What are the differences between admins, approvers and users?

All usage of the term "users" in the pricing refers to your organization users. We do not charge based on your app users.

All users can make impersonation requests and impersonate when given approval.

Admins and approvers can see impersonation requests and approve or reject them.

Only admins can change the settings within the app.

Can I manage my impersonation requests for more than 1 app in an account?

Yes, you can manage impersonation requests for multiple apps in a single account. You will, however, need to set up authentication integration for each app individually.

Isn't impersonation a bad practice?

Only if there are no approval processes and audits in place.

We believe that user impersonation is a necessary and effective practice to help troubleshoot user-specific issues.

It is, however, a very sensitive practice and therefore should not be performed without going through proper authorization procedures; this is why Prudent was created — to make said procedures and accountability easy.
